VAIHTO JA PALAUTUS

Tuotteilla on 14 vuorokauden palautusoikeus tilauksen vastaanottamisesta. Palautusoikeus koskee vain alkuperäispakkausessa olevia käyttämättömiä ja myyntikuntoisia tuotteita ei hygieniatuotteita, kuten Kasvomaski. Vaihto- ja palautusasioissa ota yhteyttä sähköpostitse sari.nurmi@mannerveden.fi tai soittamalla numeroon 0405612046. Liitä palautuksen mukaan kuitti, palautuksen syy ja tilinumerosi. Tuotteet palautetaan osoitteeseen Mannerveden Ompelimo, Haantie 11, 23960 Santtio. Palautuksesta aiheutuneet postituskulut maksaa asiakas itse. Tilauksen noutamatta jättäminen ei ole palautus. Palautuksia ei oteta vastaan, jos tilauksen vastaanottamisesta on kulunut yli 14 vrk. Jos tuote on viallinen tai rikkoutunut kuljetuksessa, ota yhteyttä sähköpostitse tai soittamalla. Kun palautus on hyväksytty, rahat palautetaan suoraan tilillesi palautuksen vastaanoton ja käsittelyn jälkeen.

SUBSTITUTION AND RETURN

The products have a money back guarantee of 14 days after you’ve received it. The guarantee applies only for products that are unused, in sales condition and in their original packaging. No hygiene products such as Face Mask. Contact us via email at sari.nurmi@mannerveden.fi or by phone at 0405612046 to discuss the substitution or return. Add a receipt, reason of the return and your bank account number in the returned product. The mailing address for the returning products is Mannerveden Ompelimo, Haantie 11, 23960 Santtio. The customer will pay the shipping expenses of the return. Not collecting the order is not a return. Returning products will not be accepted if it has been longer than 14 days since the customer has received it. If the product is defective or broken during the shipping, contact us via email or by phone. After the return has been accepted and processed, the money will be returned straight back to you.
